- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process and to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. Ownership and Management
- The domain name registered on your behalf will be owned by you. We are responsible for managing the domain name as per the services agreed upon.
- The initial term of domain registration is one year unless otherwise specified. Renewal terms and conditions will be communicated prior to the expiration date.
3. Nameserver and DNS Propagation
- Upon registration, the domain’s nameservers will be configured to Paradehost’s default settings. Nameserver changes are subject to DNS propagation, which can take up to 24 hours or more.
- We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from the DNS propagation process, which is beyond our control.
4. Renewals, Expirations, and Transfers
- It is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain registration. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the expiration of a domain.
- Domain transfers are subject to our transfer policy, and fees may apply.
- Cancellations must comply with our cancellation policy outlined in our service agreement.
5. Fees and Payments
- All fees are due as stated in the service agreement. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
- Fee schedules are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes.
